Jokwan H. Langston, 19, of Belton, Texas, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Christopher Wessell, 36, of 1 S. 3rd Ave., Taftville, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Alyssa Goddard, 21, of 43 Granite St., No. 3C, New London, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

Tricia Shinkewicz, 21, of 43 Granite St., No. 3C, New London, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Ledyard

Derrick M. Latham, 24, of 265 Montauk Ave., Stonington, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a license and failure to drive right.

Stonington

Anthony L. Fisher, 38, of 46 Liberty St., Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with violation of probation.

Richard D. Clang Jr., 54, of Lebanon, was charged Monday with breach of peace and illegal use of fireworks.

Waterford

Bruce Brouillette, 57, of 346 Fitchville Road, Bozrah, was charged Saturday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to drive right, driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
